Keeping
our streets safe and clean is a top priority.
That’s why your Labour Council has stepped up street cleaning: busy
roads are now cleaned every day and cleansing takes place straight after our
busy local market closes. And, we’re
working with our excellent Safer Neighbourhoods Team to make our streets
safer. We’ve cracked down on anti-social
behaviour in the High Street, closed down a brothel on Skeffington Road and
shut down an irresponsible shisa grill on Katherine Road.
