When
local people told us that parking in the Prince Regent Lane area was a problem,
we worked with our local Labour Council to solve the problem. Commuters parking in residential streets
meant Plaistow people couldn’t park outside their own home. The introduction of a Controlled Parking Zone
has stopped this happening and is very popular with local residents.
And,
even better news is that our Labour Council gives households in eligible CPZ
areas a free parking permit.
