Ted has been a Labour Councillor since 1994. He has served as a School Governor at numerous schools in Newham since 1982.
Ted has lived in Newham for 34 years and is married with three grown up children. He is a retired lithographic printer.
In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, watching various sports and spending time with his grandchildren.
